The Lomar S1140 Portable Tube Bender and Flaring Machine is an inexpensive, lightweight solution to common, short run hydraulic tube bending and 37 degree flaring needs. Compared to manual bending and flaring tools, the S1140 combined with any suitable 5000 psi hydraulic pump provides effortless operation.

Designed for bending and flaring, 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" O.D. seamless .049 and .065 wall, mild steel tubing. Please contact us regarding other materials and wall thicknesses.

The S1140 may be vise mounted, bolted to a workbench, or simply used on any flat surface such as the bed of a truck. Additionally, the bending and flaring heads are also designed for quick, "no tooling required" changeover.

The Bender and flaring unit is available as a packaged, or can be purchased separately.

Note: 37 degree flare tooling is designed for flaring mild steel seamless tubing only.
